nutbutter protein balls

These nubutter protein balls are one of my favourite energising snacks to take to work with me. They are SO easy to make; you don’t even need a food processor! Just combine the ingredients in a bowl, roll them into balls and you’re good to go. They’re a good source of protein, healthy fat and fibre.

This recipe makes 12 protein balls.

What you need:

160g oats

200g nutbutter (I use my homemade mixed nutbutter, but store bought is fine too!)

60g honey

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

pinch of salt

How to make:

Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix them together.

Grab a heaped tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball.

Repeat until the mixture is used up.

You can store them in the fridge or the freezer.

I like to store mine in the freezer so that they last longer.

Just take it out 5 minutes before you want to enjoy it, so that it can defrost a bit.

Enjoy!
